Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Tour Diary Cloud ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tour Diary Cloud is a web-based tool designed to help government officers and similar users log official tours, generate Tour Diaries, and prepare Travelling Allowance (TA) bills.The Service is provided "as is" for record-keeping and bill-preparation assistance; it does not constitute official government software, and users remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any diary or bill before submission to their department.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18, and the Service is not directed at minors.
Your data is used solely to generate your Tour Diary and TA bill outputs; calculate and apply your free trial and premium subscription status; send service-related communications (e.g. OTPs, reminders, alerts you configure); and improve reliability and troubleshoot issues. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your tour or bill data beyond providing the Service to you.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which applies encryption in transit and at rest as part of Google Cloud's infrastructure. Access is restricted so that, other than yourself, only authorized administrators can access account-level information necessary for support, billing verification, or fraud prevention — never your tour diary content itself, except to resolve a support request you raise.
The Service relies on the following third-party providers, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free trial periods; attempt to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, including security or payment verification mechanisms; use the Service to store or transmit false, misleading, or unlawful information; or share your account credentials with others. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Upon deletion, active records are permanently removed; residual backup copies may persist briefly before being purged.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in DA, mileage, and other calculations , we do not guarantee that generated bills or diaries are error-free or will be accepted without modification by your department. You remain responsible for reviewing all outputs before official submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tour Diary Cloud and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, rejected bills, or administrative consequences arising from reliance on Service-generated outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
