We never ask for, and never store, your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are entered directly with our payment processor, and never pass through our servers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your tour or bill content for advertising or any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. If Google AdSense is enabled on this site, Google may use cookies to serve and personalize advertisements; you can manage ad personalization through Google's Ad Settings or your browser's cookie controls.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under their own security and privacy obligations:
We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not permit these providers to use your data for their own independent purposes beyond delivering their service to us.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), encrypted in transit and at rest as part of Google Cloud's infrastructure. Access is restricted through database security rules so that only you can read or modify your own tour, bill, and account data — administrators can access account-level information only where necessary for support, billing verification, or fraud prevention, and never your tour diary content itself except to resolve a support request you raise.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we remove your active records within a reasonable timeframe; residual copies in backups may persist briefly before being purged, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
The Service is intended for use by adult government officers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal/regulatory reasons. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
